What happens if a subscription does not complete.

General
Cancellation and refund rules are set per offering and per partner. There is no universal cooling-off period unless the offering documents say so.
Failed fundraising
If an offering does not reach its minimum, subscriptions are expected to be returned under the offering's rules.
Rejected subscriptions
If your subscription is rejected, for example after eligibility checks, any money received is expected to be returned under the partner's rules.
Payment errors
Duplicate or incorrect payments will be investigated and corrected.
Physical card orders
Physical cards are currently unavailable. If introduced, printing orders will have their own terms, separate from the investment.
